Nostalgia
«Nostalgia» is a short film created from an extensive interview with Joan Roca, in which he shares his most vivid memory of the dishes they have created to date. During the conversation, he reveals what travel means to chefs and how the restaurant Celler de Can Roca represents a fundamental space for the three Roca brothers. As he explains in the video, this is a lifestyle they have cultivated, where each of them can express their art individually. Together, they present a gastronomic proposal that transports each diner to the sensations experienced throughout their lives, providing a unique experience in every bite.
